Basic Robbery Rules
Robbers can demand reasonable things for escape and realistic demands.
Robbers cannot demand if they do not have a hostage.
Robbers must negotiate before declaring a shootout or car chase.
Robbers must not exceed the number of police on duty.
Robbers You are not allowed to take any photos with the downed officer’s body after the scenario is complete. After 2 to 4 minutes from the shootout, additional backup from the PD has the right to respond to the scenario to rescue the downed officer's body. You guys must leave the place as soon as possible once the scenario ends.
If it takes to response from the police department is more than 10 minutes from when the robbery is triggered, the robbers can leave the place and move from the scenario. If PD doesn’t respond to the scenario, the robbers must take a minimum 15-minute cooldown to trigger the next robbery.
In the case of a robbery scenario, robbers cannot take an immediate shootout from the triggered location. This also includes any preplanned ideology between the hostage and robbers. This action will correspond to fail RP from the civilian side.
In the case of a paid hostage, PD can take action against the robbers and intervene with a suppress fire and breach, as the act of robbery is termed illegal.
No cops are allowed near the black market area. For any reason, ignore any activity in and around it.
No cops are allowed near Illegal Hospital for any reason. Ignore any activity in and around it.
Police should not cuff a civilian with them raising their hands. But constraining them to follow orders and way of speech will be taken into consideration, then you can warn and cuff rude civilians.
No hostage scenario is allowed in the city (for example: outside a police station or anywhere for un-jailing a captured suspect). If caught, jail is mandatory.
Unnecessary fines will not be encouraged going forward. Follow Only Allocated Fine List—Making Fine On Your Own Will Result In Server Action—You Can Reduce For Good Will Exceeding Is Prohibited
Any situation for robbery and/or other scenarios held with PD considers investigation or inquiry.
The duration of the process should not exceed 15-20 mins at any cause in the name of RP (they can be called for a second hearing again later if yet to be completed).
Random car searches and random civilian searches will be allowed going forward only in crime locations or gunfire locations (misfire notifications). Apart from that, in traffic stops or any other normal places, police are prohibited from vehicle searches.
You are the responsible for your car.
The owner of the vehicle involved in the crime is considered the main cause of the crime.
Therefore, the vehicle will be released only after the owner pays the fine for the crime before the vehicle is taken out of the police impound.
Cars can only be impounded. If personal un-impound is no more, Officer Seizing Cars are allowed on the server (since no fake number plate).
Cars not in the scenario should only be impounded (do not use a lock pick and see what's inside and then impound). Example: no parking area cars.
Hostage is a Priority to follow the demands. Robbers make sure demands are reasonable. Do not create new demands. go with basic: No need to try new—certain scenarios choppers are mandatory, so do not ask for no Chopper apart from hat Follow demands without fail.
If the civilian is not showing fear RP in the scenario, you can't initiate a shootout.
Robbery can be ended in shoot out if unable To escape 2 things avoid climbing upstairs and using place advantage have a fair fight PD should follow basics in that case including suppress fire ( Example Avoid Job Centre Opposite Building , One Side Building Or Blocking One Way With Car and Standing In Other Side to Fight ) In these cases if place advantage is taken PD can use extra force to bring Justice
